⇝ Sable & Pampas is a family story

At Sable & Pampas, there are 3 of us : Céline, Romain and Louna. 

Our adventure began in March 2024, when the 3 of us bought this apartment and renovated it from top to bottom as a family.

Drawing on our travel experiences, with their highs and lows that we both loved and loathed, we wanted to create a warm and welcoming place to call home.

That's why we paid so much attention to creating quality accommodation through efficient optimization of layout, comfort criteria, harmonious decoration and attention to detail.

From the outset, we wanted the property to be classified as a meublé de tourisme, with a family objective of a minimum of 3 stars (Sable & Pampas eventually obtained 5 ***** during the classification visit).

So as the weeks went by and the work progressed, this apartment became like a second home for us.

We put all our energy into it and, above all, a lot of heart.

⇝ Sable & Pampas is also a story of reconversion

We bought and renovated the house as a family.

But Sable & Pampas also represents my journey into the world of entrepreneurship, the realization of a project that is both personal and professional.

With a degree in social work, I worked for over 15 years in various departments of major local authorities in Auvergne-Rhône Alpes.

In 2016, I redirected my skills towards the field of human resources, trained and held the position of HR Unit Manager for five years.

When Romain was transferred to a new job in 2021, I decided to leave Lyon to accompany him on this new adventure in Occitania.

It was also an opportunity for me to take a break and be more present for Louna when she started secondary school.

As soon as we arrived in Montpellier, the idea of this tourist rental project already appealed to me, but such projects sometimes need time to develop smoothly.

At the beginning of 2024, life threw me for a loop and I took the plunge !

I looked for an apartment that could be transformed and personalized according to my vision :

an ideal location, optimal layout, top-of-the-range amenities, as well as high-quality services and amenities.

The sale was completed within a month of the visit. 4 months later, the work was completed. It was a real challenge to open for the summer, but we rose to the challenge !

I'm particularly fond of this quote from Oscar Wilde: “I have the simplest tastes in the world, I settle for the best.”
