Arrival and departure :
We are available to welcome you from 4pm to 8pm.
It is possible to arrive earlier, from 12pm, on request and at an additional cost (see Offers & Services).
In the event of late arrival, please inform us on +33 (0)6 73 08 19 71 so that we can plan your arrival in the best possible conditions.
The apartment must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
Early departure is possible; please inform us the day before.
A delayed departure, up to 4pm, can also be arranged on request and at an additional cost (see Offers & Services).
Conclusion of booking contract :
To book a stay, you must provide accurate and complete information, such as your personal details, the dates you wish to stay and the number of people.
The booking is confirmed after payment of thedeposit, which corresponds to 25% of the total rental price. The remaining 75% must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 7 days before arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
In the case of a non-refundable stay, benefiting from a 10% discount on the rate, full payment of the stay is required to validate the reservation.
Tourist tax :
In addition to the cost of the stay, a tourist tax is collected by Sable & Pampas on behalf of the Mairie de Mauguio Carnon. For an apartment classified as "Meublé de Tourisme 5 étoiles", the tourist tax is €4.75 per night and per adult.
Cancellation of stay :
All cancellations must be notified by e-mail to the following address: [email protected]
Cancellations made at least 5 days before the scheduled date will not be billed. Refunds will be made within 10 working days via the original means of payment.
In the event of cancellation less than 5 days before the arrival date, the full amount of the reservation will be retained.
Unforeseen circumstances :
In exceptional circumstances such as natural disasters or pandemics, the cancellation policy may be modified at our discretion. You will be notified without delay of any changes to the cancellation policy as a result of unforeseeable events.
Partial stays :
There are no refunds for early departures or for unused nights.
Gift cards :
The amount of the gift card does not include tourist tax.
All apartment rental terms and conditions apply to gift card holders.
Security deposit :
On arrival, asecurity deposit of 300€ must be paid by bank transfer.this deposit is intended to protect us against any damage or loss that may occur during your stay. This deposit will be returned once we have checked that everything is in order, usually within 1-2 days of departure.
Housekeeping :
A cleaning fee of €25 is required at the time of booking. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned after each stay.
However, we ask you to leave the apartment in an acceptable condition by following these instructions before you leave:
- Return all equipment and furniture to their original position,
- Clean the kitchen area (dishes washed and put away, dishwasher emptied, hob and sink clean),
- Empty all garbage cans (kitchen, bathroom, WC) and place them in the residence's garbage bins,
- Collect used sheets, towels and tea towels and place them in the bathtub.
Failure to comply with these instructions may result in additional cleaning and deodorization charges, partially deducted from the deposit.
Capacity :
This contract is drawn up for a specific number of people. Only the persons strictly mentioned on the booking form are authorized to stay in the apartment overnight. If the number of occupants exceeds that stipulated in the contract, we will be entitled to refuse additional persons or impose an additional rate.
Pets :
To comply with the hygiene rules to be respected, pets are not allowed in the apartment.
No-smoking policy:
Sable & Pampas is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is strictly forbidden in all interior spaces, including the patio terrace, and in the residence's common areas.
In the event of non-compliance, additional cleaning and deodorization charges may apply by total deduction from the security deposit.
Quiet hours :
Between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., it is necessary to maintain silence so as not to disturb other residents.
No loud parties or events:
To ensure the peace and quiet of the residence and respect for the rules of coexistence, no parties or noisy events may be held on the premises.
Respect for property and other residents:
We kindly ask you to ensure respect for common and private property, as well as for all residents.
Guests' responsibilities:
You are responsible for the cleanliness and condition of the accommodation during your stay, and for any damage caused by you. You are also responsible for the security of your personal belongings. Sable & Pampas is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage.
We recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover these risks (see the conditions of your home insurance policy).you will be billed for any damage caused to the property.
Owner's liability :
We are committed to providing a quality service and making your stay enjoyable. However, we cannot be held responsible for any incident or accident beyond our control. In the event of any problems or complaints during your stay, we ask you to inform us immediately so that we can take the appropriate measures to resolve the situation.
By making a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions described above.
