The salon
It features a comfortable 3-seater sofa that can be used as a bed, and two nesting coffee tables. The connected 32-inch HD flat-screen TV lets you watch your favorite films and series, with unlimited Internet access. Chromecast, Deezer, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ and Canal+ are included.
You can listen to your favorite music with the wireless Bluetooth speaker, featuring a portable induction charger.
Whether you're working or relaxing, Internet access is unlimited, with high-speed Wi-fi or Ethernet cable available.
The kitchen
The spacious, convivial kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, fan-assisted oven, microwave, fridge and freezer.
Everything you need for cooking and sharing is provided (crockery, stemware, champagne flutes, saucepans...).
For winter evenings, a raclette machine and a crepe maker are also available.
Children are welcome. A high chair can be added on request.
The patio terrace
With a generous surface area of 7 m², the terrace offers an additional dining and relaxation area, unoverlooked, with a 180-degree panoramic view.
While sharing a meal or enjoying a drink after a pleasant day, you can admire the unobstructed view of the Etang de l'Or, the city of Montpellier and, in the distance, the Pic Saint-Loup.
The bedroom area
Rest comfortably and serenely!
The double bed has a high-density mattress of excellent quality, with memory foam for absolute comfort.
The walk-in closet allows you to store all your belongings in the closet, drawers and shoe racks.
Suitcase storage (up to 3 cabin suitcases) is provided in the dressing room.
An umbrella bed is also available on request to accommodate a child aged 0 to 3 at an additional cost.
The bathroom
The apartment has a beautiful "cocooning" bathroom with bath/shower, washbasin, shelving, storage space, hairdryer, towel dryer and washing machine.
Shampoo, shower gel and towels are provided.
